The reason I started this business is because my mother worked for a someone who sold the same services I sell, but they only paid her 7-13% of the sale for commission. She was treated like a number in their system. I saw how it drained her and how hard she had to work to keep up to avoid getting talked to about how she needs to do more. I will be nothing like that I want to give give and give and establish a relationship with everyone I work with. I will never set a monthly bare minimum for the amount of sales someone brings in with knowing your trying your hardest.
